The Network Q’s Response to Corona Virus Concerns

As global concern regarding the 2019 Novel Corona Virus (2019-nCov) is escalating, The Network Q is pleased to share information on the precautionary measures we are taking to ensure the safety of our staff and clients alike, and also seek your feedback on any way we can assist your business.

The table below compares the symptoms between Coronavirus, the common cold and the flu

Measures The Network Q has implemented:

• Freezing of all international business travel
• Disclosure policy that staff must report if they or a member of their immediate household has, or plans to, travel internationally
• Increased our office hygiene, including setting up sanitiser bays at all entries, and providing staff with personal sanitiser kits
• Regularly reminding staff of hygiene etiquette, both in our office and when visiting client offices.
And in the event that The Network Q is impacted in some way in the future (such as forced office closure), to ensure continuity of support services to our valued customers, we are:
• Reviewing all staff’s remote technology accessibility to support them working from any location
• We are also in the process of updating our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to more specifically address this kind of scenario Your Business:
• If your business receives onsite visits from The Network Q staff, please share any precautionary measures you are putting in place which you would like our team to follow when visiting your premises. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.
• We also request that the The Network Q management team is notified immediately of any suspected exposure within your staff group. Best contact for this Christine Nguyen (Administration Manager) or myself. The Network Q wishes to support clients through any future risks. If you would like advice around business continuity planning or remote workforce technologies, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
